Dave was saved by God’s glorious grace in his late teens when he repented and believed the gospel of Jesus Christ. Dave and Bonita were married in 1991 and have two adult children, Nadia and Danielle, (both working in Ontario). Dave served in two churches in Ontario before moving to Medicine Hat in January 2016. His favourite Bible books are Romans and Ephesians and his favourite authors include John Piper, Mark Dever, and Jared Wilson. He enjoys the comic strip “Zits” and loves eighties music trivia even though he’s usually listening to country. He enjoys ballroom dancing with Bonita and playing "Ticket to Ride" with their daughters (none of them will play Monopoly with him). He longs to see healthy churches develop through the faithful expositional preaching of God’s Word with a zealous commitment to discipleship.
